The service will be closed as follows:
Wednesday 21 July 2010 (Belgian National Holiday) – Monday 27 September 2010 (Festival of the French Community) – Monday 1 and Tuesday 2 November 2010 (All Saints) – Wednesday 10 November 2010 from 2.30 pm and Thursday 11 November 2010 (Armistice).
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11.30 am, Monday and Wednesday from 1 pm to 4 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 11.30 am.

Obtaining a passport:
- Attend in person, bringing 2 identical recent colour photos on a white background in identity card format;
- There is a choice between the normal issue deadline (10 days) and the emergency issue deadline (24 working hours);
